First Nations Cookbook in the Media
Uu-a-thluk, the fisheries department of the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council, recently published Camus, West Coast Cooking, Nuu-chah-nulth Style, a book full of recipes, traditional preparation techniques and Nuu-chah-nulth food history. White Raven Consulting was pleased to design, print, and help distribute the book.
